(TargetLiberty.org) – As the coronavirus outbreak continues to ravage the United States, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has been taking decisive actions to protect the people who live in his state.
After shutting down a long list of businesses in an attempt to slow the spread of the virus, DeWine is now asking those still in operation to take the temperature of their employees daily when they begin their shift.
The goal is to identify any employee who may be starting to get sick.
Temperature Checks at Businesses: Thermometers are in short supply, but I am just asking employers to be extremely careful with their employees. If you can't check employees' temps, ask them to take their own temperature at home.

Although not perfect, this practice is better than doing nothing. Employers should not allow anyone who is sick to work. Anyone with a fever of 100.4 or higher should quarantine themselves at home along with everyone else who lives in the household.
DeWine added that if businesses do not comply with these orders, he’ll have no choice but to shut down everything that’s not essential.
