This State Says OK to Protests, NO to Car Show

(TargetLiberty.org) – Pennsylvania’s Department of Health filed suit against Carlisle Events Wednesday morning in a bid to force the company to cancel its Spring Carlisle car show. Show organizers applied for a waiver to health regulations earlier this month, but it was declined by Health Secretary Rachel Levine. When Carlisle Events announced it was going ahead anyway Levine decided to sue.

What’s annoying many Conservatives and Libertarians is while Levine is cracking down hard on the car show, Pennsylvania’s state government has been more than tolerant of the Black Lives Matter protests over the last few weeks. In fact, Governor Tom Wolf (D) personally joined a march in Harrisburg on June 3. State Senator Mike Regan (R) says the state government is being hypocritical, and the senate’s GOP majority is now suing Wolf to get his emergency orders lifted.

Meanwhile, it looks like Pennsylvanians will only be allowed to attend events the Left supports.
